Do you need a CMP or a scanner?
Most of the tools above are full consent management platforms: they serve the banner, store consent records, and bundle a scanner alongside. If you still need a banner on your site, you need one of those — CookieInspector does not replace it.
A scanner answers a different question: is the banner you already run actually doing what it claims? That is an independent check, which is exactly why running it inside the same vendor that serves the banner tends to be the weakest version of it.
